Bryan is a product development specialist with >20 years of experience across the pharma/ life sciences industry. With projects spanning clinical development productivity, deal and transformation strategy, Bryan has delivered over $1bn in accretive enterprise value to clients (measured on an EBITDA-multiple basis).
Prior to joining Syneos Health, Bryan served as a senior principal in Quintiles Advisory Services and a Director in PwC’s Health Industry Advisory where he focused on clinical transformation, drug development accelerators and health industry M&A. Earlier, Bryan spent nine years at Abbott Laboratories in progressive commercial management roles; culminating in the build out and leadership of Abbott Molecular’s commercial operations business. Based on these experiences, Bryan has developed an integrated view to product development that pulls commercial insights forward into clinical research and pushes clinical insights into commercial planning; creating an ‘evidence’ thread that bolsters the clinical, medical and commercial value story of a drug and overall probability of success.
A U.S. Marine, Bryan received his Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Bryan also earned a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Northwestern, where he specialized in process dynamics and controls.
